How do you automate the booking process.
Automating the booking process isn't hard, but it can go weird quickly so we look at two things. Qualifying your clients AND automating your booking
Automating your bookings means that we make an easy system for clients to book themselves. We make it so they can get there from your homepage or links page in one click. All of your socials would ideally share that links page. Maybe you start with a date or maybe you start with a form and approval. Either way we've got you covered!
Qualifying your booking is really allowing them to qualify themselves. This has to do with your site and copy and messaging everywhere. Make all relative info easy to find so that the clients who are not aligned can disqualify themselves.
What Happens after they book?
From here we will set up a series of reminders, as far as calendars go for the client, consults and appointments are really the same although you should take a deposit for the tattoo. We will even set reminders for YOU to get the entire consult form right before each appointment so you always have all the information you need
What about After That?
Once the person has shown up for their appointment, it is time for the workflows for the consultation form and follow ups. We even have a couple of extra treats you might not expect in here and you wont get them anywhere else.
